What are your shipping terms and do you ship outside the US?
I will ship through USPS Priority Mail within the US. I am also happy to ship internationally through Global Priority Mail. (International customers please feel free to contact me for international shipping costs.) All items will be shipped within 2 business days from date of payment transaction. I can expedite shipping at the buyer's request and for an additional cost.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
It depends on the carrier but if shipped within the US it should not take longer than 14 business days after receiving payment. International shipments may take longer, but again, shipping can be expedited upon request and for an additional cost.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item no questions asked as long as the following criteria are met:  Please contact me at email@example.com to request a return.  The item is in the exact condition as it was when it left my premises (no damage or visible sign of wear). If I determine that the item was used, I reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee or refuse the refund entirely. In the latter case I will ship the item back to you, and there won't be any further opportunity to request a refund for the same item.  It is your responsibility to insure the package or purchase delivery confirmation to make the package trackable on the way back to us. I won't be able to refund you for a lost package or damaged item.  Only the price of the purchased item will be refunded. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
